Welcome to Umrah Partner. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services for Umrah and pilgrimage arrangements. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
1 Definitions

- "Package" refers to bundled services including flights, accommodation, transportation, and guides
- "Booking" refers to your confirmed reservation for our services
- "Force Majeure" refers to unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control
2 Booking and Payment Terms
Booking Process
- All bookings must be made through authorized channels
- Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of required deposit
- Full payment is required before travel departure
- We reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed bookings
Payment Terms
- Deposit: 50% of total package cost required at booking
- Balance: Due 45 days before departure
- Late payment may result in booking cancellation
- Additional charges for services not included in package
- All payments are non-refundable except as specified in cancellation policy
Important: Prices are subject to change due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, and government taxes until full payment is received.
3 Cancellation and Refund Policy
Customer Cancellation
- 90+ days before departure: 25% cancellation fee
- 60-89 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee
- 30-59 days before departure: 75% cancellation fee
- Less than 30 days: 100% cancellation fee (no refund)
- Visa rejection refund available with proper documentation
Company Cancellation
- Full refund if we cancel due to insufficient numbers
- Alternative arrangements offered when possible
- Force majeure events may result in modified terms
4 Travel Documents and Visa Requirements
Customer Responsibilities
- Valid passport with minimum 6 months validity
- Providing accurate information for visa applications
- Obtaining required vaccinations and health certificates
- Ensuring all documents are authentic and current
Visa Services
- We assist with visa applications but do not guarantee approval
- Visa fees are non-refundable regardless of outcome
- Processing times vary and are subject to embassy schedules
- Additional documents may be requested by authorities
5 Health and Safety Requirements
Medical Fitness
- Customers must be medically fit to travel
- Pre-existing medical conditions must be declared
- Required vaccinations must be completed before travel
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended
Safety Guidelines
- Follow all local laws and customs
- Adhere to group guidelines and schedules
- Report any incidents to tour guides immediately
- Maintain personal safety and security at all times
Important: We are not liable for injuries or illnesses due to pre-existing conditions or failure to follow safety guidelines.
6 Service Standards and Limitations
Accommodation
- Hotel ratings are based on local standards
- Room sharing is standard unless single supplement paid
- Room preferences accommodated subject to availability
- Changes may occur due to overbooking or maintenance
Transportation
- Flight schedules subject to airline changes
- Ground transportation provided as specified in package
- Delays due to traffic, weather, or mechanical issues possible
- Seat assignments on flights not guaranteed
Religious Services
- Guidance provided for religious rituals and practices
- Group prayers and activities organized where possible
- Individual religious needs accommodated when feasible
- Respect for all religious practices and beliefs maintained
7 Liability and Insurance
Company Liability
- Liability limited to the value of services purchased
- Not liable for acts of third-party service providers
- Not responsible for personal property loss or damage
- Force majeure events exclude liability
Customer Responsibilities
- Obtain comprehensive travel insurance
- Responsible for personal belongings and documents
- Liable for damages caused to property or other guests
- Must comply with all local laws and regulations
Recommendation: Purchase travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and personal belongings.
8 Complaints and Dispute Resolution
Complaint Process
- Report issues immediately to tour guide or representative
- Submit written complaints within 30 days of return
- Provide detailed documentation and evidence
- Allow reasonable time for investigation and response
Resolution
- Good faith efforts made to resolve all complaints
- Compensation considered based on merit of case
- Mediation preferred over legal proceedings
- Local jurisdiction laws apply to disputes
